The operation of the Computer and Network Systems Technologies (CNST) Laboratory is expected to provide significant benefits by advancing its teaching, research and application to businesses and organizations, thereby enhancing competitiveness and their innovation at national and international level.

The benefits that are expected to result from the operation of the Laboratory are:

(a) Conducting high-quality basic and applied research and publications in internationally recognized journals and conferences, with the aim of promoting the research work of the Department and the University.

(b) Dissemination of research results to the academic community, but also to associations, organizations and business organizations for their use.

(c) Recruitment of research staff with the aim of directing their research on topical and attractive topics, so that it will guide the scientific developments in the field of Computer and Network Systems Technologies.

(d) Counseling to students and young scientists with the aim of utilizing market knowledge and contact to begin their first steps in academia and business.

(e) Field surveys to map developments and trends in the field of Computer and Network Technologies.
